Vendor Registration is open for 2022.

New Vendors: Please fill out the vendor application and pay the application fee. Application fees are non-refundable.

Returning Vendors: Please fill out the vendor application. You may now purchase your vendor booth.

All’s Faire is a medieval/fantasy fair that features a two-day war, nordic encampment, gaming hall, Tavern, and amazing vendors. Our vendor community is made up of artists, crafters, and other creative merchants. In 2019, we had a record twenty two hundred shoppers through the gate, in part by moving to the Thurston County Fairgrounds and focusing our marking to the public. We now offer indoor and outdoor booths for merchants selling medieval/fantasy themed wares and food vendors.  If you are a large medieval/fantasy tent, please contact us at programming@allsfaire.org for pricing.

To qualify for Tier I Pricing you must have your application in by March 15th and payment made by March 18th.  You may pay for your booth space at same time as submitting an application and a full refund will be issued if the application is not accepted.

Vendors are welcome on Friday June 24 and the event is open to the public June 25th and 26th in 2022.

Tier I ends on March 18th:

Outdoor Booth Space 10′ X 10′: $100
Indoor space (9′ X 10′): $100
Extra Vendor Passes: $25
Electricity:  $50

Tier II begins March 19th and ends on the 14th of June.

Outdoor Booth Space 10′ X 10′: $150
Indoor space (9′ X 10′): $150
Extra Vendor Passes: $35
Electricity: $50
