Camping

Enjoy three days of camping that include night entertainment at the Tavern for ages 14 and up.  Campers may check in between Noon and 10pm on Friday.  Parking gate is open between 8am and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Camping is a benefit for Staff, Vendors, Volunteers and Entertainers.  If you wish to camp and do not know where to start we suggest joining the mercenary guild, if you enjoy fighting or signing up as a volunteer and we will help you find a position.

Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm, so we ask that you speak in low voices and silence all things that make noise.
This includes generators, drumming, loud music, and loud parties.

Open fires are not allowed, per the Thurston County Fire Marshal. This includes, but is not limited to, wood & charcoal braziers, fire pits, tiki torches, open candles or any other source of open flame.  Propane stoves and propane bbq’s for cooking and  candles in enclosed lanterns are allowed.  Please make sure that you also have a fire extinguisher at your camp, if cooking with flame.

Vehicles must be parked in the parking lot. Vehicles are not permitted to drive through public event areas during the public hours and must be moved to the parking lot as soon as possible.
