All’s Faire is accepting from Groups and Individuals.  Volunteering is a great way to get into a group, grow lasting friendships, gain skills and help an event and community thrive.  We would love for you to join us and really want people to have a positive community and event experience and be able to make an informed decision about volunteering.  Remember to ask questions, be realistic about what you want to do, where your strengths are and find something you will enjoy.

Most volunteer shifts are two hours long. Volunteers are required to check in 15 minutes prior to their shift and be dressed in appropriate garb or attire for your position.

Positions for Volunteers

Registration  – Collecting site fees at main gate or registration desk.
Information – Provide scheduling and programming information.
Security, Stationary – Verifying ID and/or Event passes for restricted areas.
Security, Roaming – Report event rule violations.
Security, Parking – Assist cars locating a parting location.
Load in/ Load out – Move packed equipment to and from staging areas.
Set up / Tear down – Setup equipment at the event.
Hospitality – Serve snacks, meals, or drinks for staff or guests.
Kitchen – Cooking, prep food, wash dishes.
Preparation, Marketing, Street Team and Community Service – Posting flyers in businesses or handing them to the public, volunteering as a service group for specific community events, online outreach and public relations projects.

Service Charter (Groups)

Service Charters are given to Groups that preregister to volunteer. The Group leader is responsible for their scheduled volunteer time. Fill out a Service Group Application.
